Bring one real moment.
A meeting, a decision or a conversation where something shifted and you were no longer acting from your own position.
Choose something recent. It does not need to be the biggest example. We need a moment we can see clearly.
We will identify the exact moment your authority slipped.
You will see what your system did before you had the chance to choose, and where the leak is happening for you specifically.
Once the mechanism becomes visible, your judgement, wisdom and choice become available to you again.
At the end of the conversation, I will tell you what I see.
Sometimes that reveals a direction for further work. Sometimes the naming itself is enough.
